Mussel shell pendant with imitation Pearl in a choice of 3 sizes and two colours.
I love to spend time walking the coastline of The Shetland islands and collect shells, seaweed and glass. Occasionally I find these tiny mussel shells that are still joined together, they are very delicate!
I have managed to preserve them into resin and make oval shaped pendants. The small pendant 20 mm long has a sterling silver belcher chain (measuring 18 “ long) choice of turquoise or white.
The larger oval pendants 30 mm and 40 mm long comes with a black cord, adjustable in length 18-20 inch, the metal back is stainless steel.
All pendants come in a gift bag with info card and are a perfect keep sake from Shetland.

Working from her studio in Scalloway where visitors are welcome, situated on a steep hillside overlooking the Scalloway castle and islands beyond it is a stunning location.
Sarah designed and built a garden from a piece of scrap ground outside her house, on a steep slope starting in 2009. Within 3 years the garden won an environmental award for the use of recycling and is also open to the public to visit while raising money for charity as past of Scotland gardens scheme.
