I have been working in the jewellery and art scene here in Orkney for what seems long long time, how time flies when one is having so much fun creating for people who support small businesses. I have been making wire wrapped cabochons and beads for over 5 years and enjoy making them. Being disabled I work from home in my wee craft room and is crammed full of things to make.
Commissions
I take on commission jewellery work too, just contact me and I can do a private listing on here once completed the works.
Happy to include a message with the gift. All my jewellery are handmade.
I just love making custom made jewellery and paintings, involving many forms of media from Paper to Wire Wrapping, Water Colour to Pastels, although Oil is not one I have mastered yet, it is on the cards.

Very fast delivery and packaging is beautiful so was the necklace
Delighted with these earrings. A month later I lost one on the beach, so I ordered another pair. The Seller, very kindly sent me 3 earrings and thoughtfully included rubber stoppers, to help prevent me losing another one. Although I am allergic to non pure metals, I can wear these for days at a time, no skin reaction at all. Very pleased indeed.
My friend was absolutely delighted with her brooch. I have also been delighted with the service. Responded quickly to queries about delivery. My one bit of advice would be to makers in the Northern and Outer islands to consider "normal" signed for delivery for small packages rather than the 24hr /48hr delivery which go by Parcel force and in my experience (as a customer and a past business owner in the islands) never arrive within that timescale. Alternatively, offer 5-7 day delivery to avoid disappointment and stress on both sides of the equation. Would highly recommend this site that showcases the work of island based makers. Will definitely be spreading the word!
