This necklace is from my ‘Landscape’ collection. The pendant is currently my only sand casted piece and was produced using recycled 925 silver. Once the wee starfish was cast, I finished him off by hand, adding all the details and silver granulation spheres.
All the starfish will be slightly different due to being finished by hand, but this makes them more special and unique.
The Starfish are around 25mm x 25mm (2.5cm x 2.5cm) in size.
The chain is an 18 inch chain and is also recycled silver.
This pendant will be hallmarked by the Edinburgh Assay Office with my markers mark and the traditional marks to state it is 925 sterling silver, its year of marking and where it was marked (Edinburgh Assay Office).
All my work is handmade by myself from my small workshop on the Isle of Lewis in the Outer Hebrides of Scotland and most are made to order so a 4-6 week timescale applies, but this is a ‘ready to ship’ item and will be dispatched within 5 working days.
All pieces come boxed in eco-friendly packaging and I use 100% recycled 925 Sterling Silver.

My work is inspired by the landscape, weather, and buildings of the Outer Hebrides around me. I use textures and gemstones to do this; textures can show the rough cliff edges and moorlands around the islands, whilst colours of gemstones can express the richness of the sea, clearness of the skies, the heather blooming and even the golden sands with a Citrine gemstone.
I also enjoy making fashionable pieces for my customers in my own unique, free forming, contemporary style. I make all of my jewellery by hand in my small workshop in Lemreway on the Isle of Lewis, apart from my wee starfish which I sandcast and then finish by hand to make them all unique.
