Spiced Rum 

Our spiced rum is handcrafted and bottled on the remote island we call home, the Isle of Jura. Our rum sees Scottish Distilled white rum, aged in ex-bourbon casks, blended with our unique island water, juice orange peel, raisins, and punchy spice mix.

Nosing brings the aroma of marmalade, dried fruits, and toffee. Tasting brings flavours of pink pepper, nutmeg, and dried apricots with a little bit of Christmas pudding.

Cold brew coffee liqueur

Our cold brew coffee liqueur is a collaboration with Argyll Roasters Coffee.

Our cold brew is rich and smooth liqueur with just a hint of chocolate, which means you can enjoy it sipping over ice. It’s the perfect addition to your cocktail cabinet or hot chocolate mug. If you want the full Deer Island experience then we recommend an Espresso Rumtini!
